Sheila is an astute policy and clinical governance specialist with 20 years experience in the health and aged care sector. She is passionate about the quality of clinical care, measurement that informs continuous improvement, reducing harm to patients and bringing the consumer voice to the forefront of care. Sheila is also committed to managing programs that contribute to the provision of seamless, effective and efficient care of a patient‘s journey from prevention to end of life. Sheila‘s superior project management and multi-level stakeholder engagement have resulted in the success of eleven national programs over the past 15 years. Sheila is a high performing manager known for her ability to work with diverse teams, coach staff, drive quality improvements while working collaboratively with clinicians and managers. She excels in areas that require innovation to develop quality frameworks.
